Privacy policy.

This English version is provided for the convenience of international visitors. The legally binding policy is published in Spanish, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and explains how we process personal data.

2. Purpose of processing

We process the personal data you provide us with for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries and requests for information about our engineering services.
  • Managing the business and professional relationship with clients and suppliers.
  • Sending technical or commercial communications related to our services, only where you have given your express consent.
  • Complying with applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing rests on:

  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for responding to enquiries through the contact form and for sending commercial communications.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): where there is a contractual relationship with LOENTEC SL.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): for tax, accounting and commercial obligations.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for administrative management and fraud prevention.

4. Data retention

We will keep your personal data for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the periods legally required under the relevant commercial, tax and accounting regulations.
