Industrial project management
Planning and delivery of industrial projects, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
View serviceWe turn industrial needs into reliable, manufacturable engineering. 3D design, detailed engineering and technical documentation for engineering firms, manufacturers and industrial SMEs.
A real track record in industry, not promises.
A project, a machine, a structure, a technical problem or a piece of fabrication that needs engineering development — and right now you don't have the resources, the know-how or the capacity to resolve it. LOEN brings that technical capability: we design, calculate and document the solution until it's ready for manufacture.
From project management to design, calculations and documentation ready for manufacture. We get involved at whatever level each need requires.

We don't hand over a fixed solution on day one. We study the problem, propose an approach and validate it with you. The solution is refined step by step (technically and financially) until it's right. That way it reaches the workshop with no surprises, no cost overruns and no rework.
We understand the problem, the constraints and what the company genuinely needs before proposing anything.
We validate every step with the company. The solution is refined until it's right, both technically and financially.
Clear, complete documentation so the workshop can carry it out on budget and without doubts.
A selection of the assemblies that have been through our design, detailing and validation process. Many of them are already manufactured and operating on site.
LOEN Ingeniería, a brand of LOENTEC SL, combines more than 15 years of experience in industry (machinery, structures, mechanisms, manufacturing and assembly) to develop your technical need until it's ready for manufacture.

Structured process, documentation and deliveries.
Designs the workshop can carry out without surprises.
We do both. FEA calculation is part of the design process, not a stand-alone service. We can come in as external engineering at whatever level a project needs: structural validation alone, complete mechanical design, or detailed engineering based on an existing concept design.
Yes. Our office is in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), but we work across Spain. The engineering is carried out remotely, with regular technical meetings and site visits when the project requires it.
3D models, general arrangement and manufacturing drawings, fabrication breakdowns, bills of materials (BOM), technical specifications and calculation reports. All the documentation the workshop needs to manufacture with no doubts and no rework.
It depends on the scope. A one-off redesign can be resolved in 2-4 weeks; the complete design of a piece of equipment with FEA calculation usually takes between 6 and 12 weeks; a full-plant BIM project can run for several months. After reviewing your case, we'll give you a realistic timeframe.
After an initial, free technical conversation in which we understand the scope, constraints and expected deliverables, we send a proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price. We don't charge to study your case.
We'll review your case and let you know whether we can help, what information we need and what the next technical step would be.
